About the Role

You build, optimize, and scale back-office software used by Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance. You map workflows, identify product improvements, define requirements, manage roadmaps, partner with engineering on delivery, improve internal tools and integrations, automate processes, and track product performance through analytics and feedback.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, or a similar role
• Exposure to internal tooling or enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Map workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and system friction across internal teams
• Combine user feedback, operational metrics, and system usage data to prioritize product improvements
• Define and prioritize the internal tools roadmap
• Translate business needs into product specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering through sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive enhancements for User Management, eKYC, Fraud and Risk Management, and Internal Dashboards
• Optimize and integrate Freshdesk, Kissflow, Hyperverge, Estuary, ReTool, and ComplyAdvantage
• Ensure data sources are available, accessible, and reliable
• Identify manual processes and drive automation
• Define and monitor product effectiveness KPIs
• Use analytics and post-launch feedback to improve internal tools
