About the Role

You will support private markets and alternatives operations across reconciliations settlement exception management documentation review and client service. You will analyze deal documents maintain IBOR accuracy resolve operational issues use loan servicing platforms and improve processes and controls.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in loan operations settlements reconciliations or documentation driven transactions
• Knowledge of private credit real assets or project finance
• Strong communication relationship management and client service skills
• Knowledge of banking investment management alternative investments trading instruments and settlement processes
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high volume risk sensitive environments
• Initiative accountability sound judgment and a proactive approach
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with loan operations or related investment systems
• Analytical organizational problem solving and attention to detail skills

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise across private credit project finance structured credit real assets and syndicated loans
• Perform and oversee cash position and transaction reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve exceptions to maintain data integrity and operational accuracy
• Analyze legal and deal documentation for operational execution compliance and risk management
• Support settlement and lifecycle events across private market instruments
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Investment Book of Record
• Lead process improvement automation and control enhancement initiatives
• Use loan servicing and operational platforms for transaction processing and portfolio management
• Manage multiple priorities while supporting scalable client service delivery
