About the Role
You will support the grant lifecycle from proposal intake through final reporting. You will review applications, coordinate reviewers and applicants, organize selection activities and events, support grantees, develop awardee communications, and compile and evaluate program data.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Technical literacy in computer science or a related field
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and/or Airtable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in artificial intelligence and computer science
Responsibilities
- Support the full grant lifecycle from proposal intake through final reporting
- Review applications for compliance and programmatic fit
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate external proposal reviewers
- Communicate with nominators and applicants throughout selection processes
- Coordinate interviews and review materials for potential awardees
- Support grantee communications, convenings, and reporting
- Plan workshops and convenings, including RSVPs, travel logistics, and materials
- Develop public-facing awardee communications resources
- Compile project and program evaluation data
- Develop and execute project and program evaluation processes
