About the Role
You will support EMEA investor relations activities with a focus on the DACH region. You will prepare investor reports, analyze portfolios using quantitative tools, coordinate client communications, manage investor portal records, and assist with RFPs, due diligence materials, and presentations. You will also conduct market and prospect research, track investment discussions, improve internal processes, and monitor competitive intelligence and industry trends. The role involves domestic and international travel for client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional services firm, preferably in investment or wealth management, consulting, accountancy, or investment banking
- Experience supporting research and analytics
- Knowledge of private markets and institutional clients preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and German preferred
- Additional European language skills preferred
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM databases, ideally Salesforce
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to think strategically and operate independently
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- University degree, ideally in business
Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for EMEA investors
- Review and analyze investor portfolios using quantitative tools
- Plan investor cash flows and NAV requirements
- Coordinate client communications
- Manage investor portal access, data entry, and client records
- Support RFPs, due diligence materials, and presentations
- Conduct market and prospect research across EMEA
- Track prospective clients and investment discussions
- Support special projects related to client portfolios and strategic initiatives
- Develop and organize internal processes and procedures
- Gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry events and trends
