About the Role
Join B Capital's Healthcare AI Team and help drive the investment process end-to-end across Series A to Growth Equity investments in healthtech and digital health. The role includes research-driven sourcing, market analysis, deal evaluation, business and financial due diligence, detailed modeling, and portfolio company support.
Requirements
- Passion for disruptive technology
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field highly desired
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Finance experience highly desired
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- Hybrid work required three days per week in the San Francisco office
- Experience distilling ideas and insights into clean, digestible formats
- Experience with detailed financial modeling and quantitative market research
- Exposure to venture capital math, cap tables, and returns modeling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop market research and investment theses to guide sourcing efforts
- Source new investment opportunities based on investment themes and research
- Follow AI trends in healthcare
- Evaluate investment materials from potential companies
- Lead diligence across audit, tax, legal, and financial modeling
- Support portfolio companies across operating areas
- Connect portfolio companies with high-value customer targets through firm and BCG networks
