About the Role

You will manage daily equity capital-markets processes, coordinate live deals, and communicate with investment teams, issuers, and banks. You will prepare reporting, conduct company and valuation analysis, support investment origination, and build technology tools that improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services or technology, ideally in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, equity capital markets, or asset management
• Financial modeling, fundamental analysis, and valuation skills
• Interest in investing, financial markets, technology, and applied innovation
• Understanding of the financial services landscape
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and written and oral communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience developing and deploying AI-based tooling is preferred
• VBA, SQL, and Python experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage daily equity capital-markets processes, pipelines, deal information, and live-deal coordination
• Aggregate investment-team feedback and engage issuers and investment banks on fund participation
• Manage compliance and business reporting systems and processes
• Track and prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting metrics
• Conduct fundamental company analysis to generate investment ideas
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities
• Develop company intelligence and support investment origination
• Create and own technology tools and processes that improve business efficiency
