About the Role
You will support regional and global operational-risk requirements, internal audits, mitigation projects, and control remediation. You will improve risk reporting, coordinate with risk partners and operations teams, execute risk assessments and governance routines, identify emerging risks and control gaps, and help strengthen the control environment.
Requirements
- Experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field
- Ability to apply risk and control principles in a complex operating environment
- Experience working with large data sets, including data analysis and manipulation
- Ability to communicate complex matters clearly in writing and verbally
- Critical thinking and solution-development skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional and global operational-risk requirements and internal audits
- Lead smaller risk-mitigation projects as appropriate
- Support control-remediation efforts and integrate risk routines into business processes
- Develop and improve risk reporting
- Collaborate with risk partners and operations teams on operational-risk priorities and emerging risks
- Execute operational-risk assessments and governance routines
- Identify emerging risks, control gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the control environment
