About the Role
You will design and execute clinical pharmacology strategies for oncology small-molecule programs. You will analyze PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response data; design pharmacology studies; use modeling and simulation for dose selection and DDI assessment; and prepare regulatory and scientific documents. You will also work with cross-functional partners and may mentor junior scientists.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in Pharmacology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical, contract research, or clinical research experience
- Experience with clinical development of oncology small-molecule therapeutics
- Proficiency with Phoenix WinNonlin for non-compartmental analysis
- Working knowledge of PBPK modeling and DDI regulatory frameworks
- Experience writing regulatory and scientific documentation
- Familiarity with PK bioanalytical methods development and validation
- Project management and cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Represent Clinical Pharmacology on multidisciplinary oncology program teams
- Analyze, interpret, and report clinical PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response data
- Design clinical pharmacology components of oncology studies
- Apply PBPK, population PK, and exposure-response modeling to inform dose selection and DDI risk assessment
- Write and review clinical, regulatory, and scientific documentation
- Maintain knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, drug metabolism, bioanalysis, and biopharmaceutics
- Review and author scientific publications, abstracts, and posters
