About the Role
You will use statistical inference and experimentation to evaluate product changes and guide decisions. You will analyze ambiguous growth opportunities, define metrics, build datasets and dashboards, partner with product, engineering, and marketing, and communicate findings that influence product and business outcomes.
Requirements
- SQL expertise
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, ideally Python or R
- Statistical inference and experimentation expertise
- Ability to transform raw data into datasets
- Ability to make trade-offs between speed and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical inference and experimentation to evaluate product changes
- Analyze ambiguous growth opportunities and inform strategy and roadmaps
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing on analytics work
- Define north-star and operational metrics
- Build foundational datasets and dashboards
- Communicate findings and drive product and business decisions
