About the Role

Join DigitalBridge's global digital infrastructure investment management business as an Associate investment professional. The role supports transaction origination and execution, investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and follow-on and exit opportunities, with interaction across investors, lenders, advisors, senior partners, acquisition targets, and portfolio companies.

Requirements

  • At least 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or comparable organization
  • Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Organized, positive, hardworking, and able to multitask
  • Maturity, integrity, self-motivation, ambition, confidence, and humility
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • M&A, leveraged finance, and financial sponsor backgrounds preferred
  • TMT or communication infrastructure experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis
  • Conduct company valuation
  • Conduct primary corporate and industry research
  • Conduct company due diligence
  • Create presentation materials for investors and the investment committee
  • Monitor operating and financial results of portfolio companies
  • Assist portfolio companies with strategic growth initiatives
