About the Role
Join DigitalBridge's global digital infrastructure investment management business as an Associate investment professional. The role supports transaction origination and execution, investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and follow-on and exit opportunities, with interaction across investors, lenders, advisors, senior partners, acquisition targets, and portfolio companies.
Requirements
- At least 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or comparable organization
- Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- Organized, positive, hardworking, and able to multitask
- Maturity, integrity, self-motivation, ambition, confidence, and humility
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- M&A, leveraged finance, and financial sponsor backgrounds preferred
- TMT or communication infrastructure experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and analysis
- Conduct company valuation
- Conduct primary corporate and industry research
- Conduct company due diligence
- Create presentation materials for investors and the investment committee
- Monitor operating and financial results of portfolio companies
- Assist portfolio companies with strategic growth initiatives
