About the Role
You will support customers with financial-product and service inquiries through phone, text, chat, video chat, and other communication channels. You will answer routine questions, resolve problems, provide a strong customer experience, follow policies and regulations, navigate multiple computer systems, and escalate issues to senior employees when needed.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service, financial services, or contact center support experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Attend the full required training period
- Work additional hours as needed
- Work on-site at the posted location
- Work at least one weekend day and some holidays
- Not require visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
