You will provide client service, support, and guidance through chat, phone, and email. You will build knowledge of workflows, policies, and tools; help customers gather and use information to make informed market decisions; schedule and attend meetings; follow financial news; participate in industry events; and respond fully and promptly to customer inquiries, including follow-ups.
Requirements
- Hold a valid work permit allowing full-time work.
- Demonstrate advanced or near-native written and verbal English.
- Possess advanced capital markets knowledge.
- Have customer service experience, preferably in fast-paced or financial environments.
- Demonstrate Forex experience and understanding of market dynamics.
- Be proficient in CRM systems and advanced computer skills.
- Demonstrate communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
