About the Role

You will support live capital markets transactions through modeling, structuring, memos, lender communication, document review and execution. You will evaluate funding strategies, manage warehouse and ABS facilities, own capital markets models, maintain data tapes and improve automation while collaborating across finance, accounting, data, engineering, product, treasury and risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ABS trading, securitization, asset financing, leveraged finance or coverage banking
  • Excellent financial modeling and quantitative data analytics skills
  • Comfort with large data sets
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Experience with capital-intensive fintech businesses is a plus
