About the Role
Join DigitalBridge as an investment professional in its global digital infrastructure investment management business. The role supports transaction origination and execution, portfolio company monitoring, new investment analysis, due diligence, and follow-on and exit opportunities, with interaction across investors, lenders, advisors, senior partners, and portfolio company management.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm or comparable experience
- Previous M&A, leveraged finance, and financial sponsor backgrounds are preferred
- TMT and/or communication infrastructure experience is a plus
- Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution
- Exceptional financial modeling proficiency and analytical capabilities
- Close attention to detail and strong presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, work ethic, and ability to multitask
- High level of maturity, integrity, and hard work ethic
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, self-confident, and humble
Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and analysis
- Conduct company valuation
- Conduct primary corporate and industry research
- Conduct company due diligence
- Create presentation materials for the firm's investors and investment committee
- Monitor operating and financial results of portfolio companies on an ongoing basis
- Assist portfolio companies with developing and executing strategic growth initiatives
