About the Role
You manage departmental, landlord, and bankwide occupancy expenses, investigate variances, and present financial insights to management. You review real estate business cases, assess scenarios, validate assumptions, strengthen financial controls, support finance transformation, and oversee strategic occupancy projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Sound judgement
- Control mindset
- Attention to detail
- Experience in real estate, professional services, or a financial institution preferred
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification advantageous
