About the Role
You'll support a Partner in the Talent department who represents actor clients. You'll handle administrative tasks like managing heavy phones, calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel. You'll track contracts, client calendars, and payments, create client submission lists, handle bookings, and manage client correspondence. You'll also help prepare documents and presentations, manage expenses, conduct research, and collaborate across teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the entertainment industry, is required
- Experience working with and/or supporting actors is a plus, such as in casting or at a talent agency
- A passion for entertainment and a desire to learn and grow within the industry
- A desire to work with actors and on-screen talent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently
