About the Role
You will manage phone calls, calendars, and research for meetings, scheduling both internally and externally. You will create and maintain spreadsheets, draft communications, and prepare monthly expense reports for review and submission to accounting. You will assemble and prepare press kits and promotional materials, liaise with internal staff and external clients and partners, and track contracts, client calendars, and payments through detailed grids.
Requirements
- 1+ years assistant experience, preferably within the entertainment industry
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity client-focused work environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous booking experience is preferred
- Deep understanding of UTA's Client Roster
