About the Role
You will provide company secretarial and corporate governance support. You will maintain statutory records coordinate director appointments and filings manage KYC documentation prepare board materials arrange meetings draft resolutions and minutes and maintain governance frameworks and trackers.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience as an Assistant Company Secretary preferably in a regulated environment.
- Financial services experience is desirable.
- Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional corporate governance and subsidiary management.
- Experience with corporate governance platforms and entity management systems.
- Experience with Diligent Board Books and Diligent Entities is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior management directors regulators and external service providers.
- Ability and ambition to learn new skills and apply them quickly.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support statutory compliance across jurisdictions.
- Prepare documentation for director appointments and resignations.
- Maintain statutory records and coordinate required registry filings.
- Monitor authorised signatory lists powers of attorney warrant registers and filing systems.
- Support management of entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare and coordinate KYC responses.
- Maintain the KYC Playbook and centralised KYC documentation.
- Create meeting packs and upload documents to the Board Management Portal.
- Arrange board meetings.
- Prepare and circulate written resolutions.
- Prepare minutes action trackers and monitor completion.
- Maintain the Group Governance Framework structure chart and corporate secretariat trackers.
