About the Role
You assemble modular buildings by bolting panels and structural components together, applying weatherproofing and seals, installing equipment and electrical components, preparing kits, reviewing work orders, labeling products, and keeping parts and workspaces organized.
Requirements
- Experience using wrenches, impact guns, tape measures, and drills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift, lower, and push materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for a full shift
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read drawings and schematics
- Ability to pass a background check
- Participation in a drug and alcohol program
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Bridge or overhead crane operation experience is a bonus
- Forklift certification is a bonus
- ERP software familiarity is a bonus
- ISO 9001 experience is a bonus
- Electro-mechanical experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Bolt together wall panels, steel columns, roof racks, light fixtures, and cable trays
- Operate wrenches, cranes, forklifts, and power tools
- Apply gaskets, caulking, and metal panel joints
- Attach parts to large metal frames
- Install metal siding and roofing
- Install GPU racks and electrical components
- Gather, count, and prepare assembly kits
- Review work orders and verify parts and materials
- Apply logos, labels, and safety ratings
- Organize parts and maintain a clean workspace
- Support the production team
