About the Role
You will assemble robotic joints, structural parts, harnesses, and other components according to work instructions and quality standards. You will inspect incoming materials, maintain tools and equipment, identify assembly issues, support problem-solving, and keep workstations safe and organized.
Requirements
- Senior high school diploma or above
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Wire harness welding ability
- Relevant qualification certificates such as electrician or industrial test equipment operation certificates
- 3 or more years of precision component assembly experience in a mass-production line
- Proficiency with precision assembly tools and assembly-accuracy control
- Experience using simple automation equipment
- Basic knowledge of circuits and mechanics
- Ability to identify common assembly and test bench faults
- Ability to learn new assembly processes
- Team collaboration skills
- Safety awareness
Responsibilities
- Maintain assembly tools and equipment and follow safety rules
- Assemble robotic components according to production plans and work instructions
- Inspect incoming robotic components and maintain digital inspection records
- Identify assembly and testing issues and support problem-solving
