About the Role
Provide creative direction for internal communications campaigns and maintain visual identity across platforms. Manage agencies and vendors, design presentations and illustrations, collaborate on print and event assets, create immersive experiences, manage projects, and translate complex narratives into compelling visual solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience as an Art Director or Brand Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma
- Portfolio demonstrating art direction and brand engagement
- Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction for large-scale internal communications campaigns

- Lead the design and production of high-stakes presentations
- Translate complex narratives into visual concepts
- Develop brand-based illustrations, icons, and graphical elements

- Elevate the internal brand visual identity across platforms
- Manage projects from inception through final delivery
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
