About the Role

You will serve as a security and compliance expert for enterprise healthcare and life sciences customers. You will lead security discussions, architecture reviews, and due diligence; design compliant deployment solutions; create security materials; and share customer feedback to inform product priorities. You will travel regularly to customer sites.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise security, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales experience
• Experience in regulated healthcare and life sciences industries
• Knowledge of network security, identity and access management, encryption, API security, and audit logging
• Experience with HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
• Cloud architecture knowledge across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of VPCs, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Address customer questions about security architecture, data flows, encryption, access controls, and deployment models
• Design solutions that meet healthcare and life sciences regulatory requirements
• Lead technical deep dives on network architecture, data residency, API security, authentication, authorization, audit logging, and integrations
• Support security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence
• Coordinate with GTM and Applied AI teams throughout customer engagements
• Provide customer feedback and assess security requirements with Product and Engineering
• Develop security collateral, reference architectures, and best-practices documentation
• Create security enablement content for GTM and Applied AI teams
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and architecture reviews
