About the Role
You will onboard customers on products and APIs, guide prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning, and support production integrations. You will deploy GenAI use cases, collaborate on complex LLM projects, contribute to inference and fine-tuning codebases, support pre-sales discussions, and incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- PhD or master's degree in AI or data science
- 2+ years as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and working on advanced RAG or agentic use cases
- Deep understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms
- Experience building and deploying LLM or NLP applications
- Experience implementing AI or machine learning products with APIs and back-end and front-end interfaces
- Strong Python coding skills
- Experience with deep learning using PyTorch
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
