About the Role
You will improve an AI video agent by designing its tools, prompts, and context. You will build evaluations, replay real sessions, run feature-flag experiments, and use user sessions and traces to identify failures. You will ship React and TypeScript product features plus Python and Go backend services, owning work from idea through launch and follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping an AI agent used by real people
- Experience with model tool use and multi-step planning
- Experience building evaluations or test sets for model behavior
- Ability to distinguish meaningful AI improvements from noise
- At least 2 years of professional engineering experience
- Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Python
- Strong product sense
Responsibilities
- Design agent tools, prompts, and context
- Improve agent planning, error recovery, and multi-turn conversations
- Build evaluations and offline replays of real sessions
- Run feature-flag experiments and analyze results
- Review user sessions and agent traces to identify failures
- Build user-facing features with TypeScript and React
- Build backend services and long-running workflows with Python and Go
- Partner with product, design, research, and rendering stakeholders
