About the Role
You will build, deploy, and maintain LLM-agent workflows for chip-development tasks. You will integrate agents with simulation, emulation, regression, lab, and issue-tracking systems; develop rigorous evaluations; identify high-impact workflow opportunities; and support adoption through documentation and training.

- Build, deploy, and maintain LLM-agent workflows for chip development
- Identify high-leverage hardware-team pain points and automate workflows
- Design and use evaluations for agent performance on silicon-engineering tasks
- Integrate agents with simulation, emulation, CI, lab, and issue-tracking systems
- Drive adoption through documentation, training, and feedback loops
