About the Role

You will advise enterprise technology customers as they develop and deploy Claude-powered products. You will translate requirements into technical solutions, shape architecture and product strategy through pilots and evaluations, run workshops and code reviews, create technical assets, and share customer implementation insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, or similar technical role.
• Production experience with LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience building production applications.
• Ability to execute across ambiguous and complex domains.
• Strong cross-organizational collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers from discovery through deployment of products and workflows using models.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions with account executives and Applied AI Architects.
• Influence technical architecture and product strategy through customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites.
• Lead technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams.
• Identify common design patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create public and internal resources on prompting, evaluation, agentic techniques, and architecture.
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
• Travel to customer sites, attend conferences, speak at events, and write blog posts and white papers.
