About the Role
You will serve as a technical expert for customer deployments of AI coding workflows. You will design and implement workflows from prototypes through production rollout, build demos and automations, lead workshops and technical enablement sessions, create technical guidance, and translate customer insights into product proposals and model feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing experience
- Experience using AI coding tools and customizing developer workflows
- Experience building demos, integrations, and prototypes
- Experience delivering technical workshops or training to engineering teams
- Experience contributing public technical guides, patterns, or examples
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in written and verbal form
- Knowledge of customer success, reliability, safety, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on Codex for a customer portfolio
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping through production rollout
- Build demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex
- Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions
- Contribute examples, guides, patterns, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook
- Gather deployment insights and translate them into product proposals and model feedback
- Advise customers on solution architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, security, and adoption
