About the Role
You will advise enterprise customers evaluating Claude across Japan and develop architectures, pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites. You will guide technical integration decisions, resolve roadblocks, support onboarding and adoption, lead workshops, and shape innovative, safe AI solutions for customer use cases.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
- Native-level Japanese fluency.
- Business-level English.
- Experience designing innovative technical-platform solutions across Japan.
- Python.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise prospective customers across Japan on Claude solutions for business problems.
- Develop system architectures and use prompting techniques.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand requirements and configure Claude capabilities.
- Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites.
- Advise on Claude setup, architecture, and integration into existing infrastructure.
- Recommend solutions to technical roadblocks.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation across Japan.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and implementation support.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions across Japan.
