About the Role
You will act as a pre-sales technical advisor to federal civilian agencies, guiding them from discovery through deployment. You will design scalable LLM architectures, support Claude integrations, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, and provide product insights. You will travel frequently for customer workshops and technical engagements.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with US federal agencies
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Experience with complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- Python familiarity
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or a machine learning or data science background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Advise enterprise customers from discovery and evaluation through deployment
- Support customers using Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
- Deliver technical deep dives and business-value conversations
- Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical engagements
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
