About the Role
You will cultivate technical relationships with system integrators and cloud partners. You will enable partner AI practices, develop joint solutions and reference architectures, unblock customer deals, represent the role at partner events, and gather product feedback for internal teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles
- Experience partnering with GSIs or cloud providers
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- LLM frameworks and tools or machine learning or data science experience
- Presentation and technical communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to the GTM partnerships team
- Enable GSI and cloud partner AI practices
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex technical matters
- Develop joint industry-specific GenAI solutions
- Create reference architectures and best practices
- Support strategic customer deals with solution architecture guidance
- Represent the role at partner workshops, summits, conferences, hackathons, and enablement sessions
- Gather product feedback on partner use cases and deployment patterns
