About the Role
You will deploy autonomy software with customers worldwide and provide technical support and training. You will develop AI and autonomy applications, troubleshoot software and API integrations, support pre-sales and post-sales activities, create documentation, and relay customer feedback to product engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- 2+ years of integration or applications engineering experience.
- 2+ years of startup experience.
- Software engineering background.
- Proficiency in modern C++.
- Intermediate Python proficiency.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Deploy with customers globally to support software integration and development.
- Use the Hivemind enterprise software stack and autonomy modules.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Develop AI and autonomy applications using the enterprise software development kit.
- Support pre-sales demos, conferences, and immersions.
- Support post-sales deployment and integration.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials.
- Debug customer software and API integration issues.
- Collaborate with product engineering on customer feedback and product improvements.
