About the Role
You will lead major enterprise customer engagements and own account strategy. You will manage executive relationships, understand autonomy development needs, propose product solutions, prioritize customer needs with engineering, gather requirements with sales, and identify new product opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers
- Experience in autonomous vehicle or robotics development
- 5+ years as an application engineer or developer interacting with end customers
- Familiarity with large-scale software development best practices
- Communication skills
- Customer problem solving
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, software engineering, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Own account strategy for major enterprise customers
- Manage executive and leadership relationships
- Understand customer development needs and autonomy use cases
- Propose effective use of products
- Prioritize customer needs with the engineering team
- Gather requirements through technical discussions and workshops
- Explore new product development areas
