About the Role
You will build Android experiences for plugins, connectors, and interactive apps. You will develop reusable Android components and interfaces, connect native mobile experiences with APIs, SDKs, and backend systems, and work with developers and partners to resolve integration challenges. You will improve application performance, reliability, architecture, testing, and developer tooling while owning projects from requirements through release, measurement, and iteration.
Requirements
- Experience building Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks
- Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products at scale
- Knowledge of performance, quality, and user experience for mobile products
- Experience designing reusable interfaces and abstractions
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and design
- Experience working directly with developers and partners
Responsibilities
- Build Android experiences for plugins, connectors, and interactive apps within ChatGPT
- Develop reusable Android components and interfaces
- Connect native mobile experiences with APIs, SDKs, and backend systems
- Work with developers and partners to identify integration challenges and improve mobile development experiences
- Improve app performance, reliability, architecture, testing, and developer tooling
