About the Role
You will supervise and process agency-client transactions, communicate with lenders and borrowers, and monitor facility setup, conditions, utilisation requests, fee collection, VAT payments, and daily fund transactions. You will maintain procedures, support system enhancements, and ensure activities comply with signed agreements, RCSA, and SOPs.

- Knowledge of banking regulation
- Knowledge and experience in loan and agency operations
- Knowledge of loan products and applications
Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor, and process agency-client transactions
- Communicate transaction updates to lenders and borrowers promptly
- Monitor facility setup in Finacle and completion of conditions precedent and subsequent
- Monitor utilisation requests, rate fixing, fee collection, VAT payments, and daily fund transactions
- Ensure agency activities comply with signed agreements, RCSA, and SOPs
- Review and update SOPs as required
- Support loan and agency system enhancements, including UAT, migration, and cutover
- Develop subordinates through appraisal planning and job rotation
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor
