About the Role
You will process, track, and prioritize global information requests. You will improve legal-request processes, respond to emergency requests through an on-call rotation, identify anomalies, escalate policy issues, communicate with stakeholders, and manage projects through completion.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Experience with user information requests or legal documents, or legal education
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high-quality output
- Ability to navigate ambiguous policy escalations and make sound decisions
- Availability to work weekends and shifts between as early as 6am and as late as 8pm
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorization
