About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, prompts, and automated responses for digital support. You will translate policies into structured guidance, analyse conversation performance, collaborate on compliant content, maintain testing and version control, and continuously improve AI accuracy, tone, containment, and resolution rates.
Requirements
- Experience in digital support automation, conversational design, or AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to break down complex processes into structured automation steps
- Written communication skills focused on clarity, accuracy, and tone
- Experience using conversation insights or support data
- Familiarity with Intercom or similar digital-support platforms
- Experience in regulated or high-accuracy environments
- Attention to risk and detail
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, prompts, and automated responses
- Translate business rules, policies, and troubleshooting steps into structured AI guidance
- Analyse conversation data and KPIs
- Improve AI accuracy, tone, containment, and resolution rates
- Collaborate with product, operations, subject-matter experts, and compliance teams
- Maintain documentation, testing, and version control for AI and automation changes
- Optimise AI behaviour using performance insights and feedback
