About the Role
You will label, annotate, record, and provide inputs for multilingual audio projects. You will curate high-quality audio data, evaluate linguistic and prosodic details, collaborate on speech-processing tasks, and help improve annotation tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Chinese with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong auditory perception of speech, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality.
- Ability to evaluate multilingual speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual interpretation.
- Ability to accurately transcribe audio across accents and varying audio quality.
- Ability to provide high-quality voice recordings and feedback.
- Ability to make independent judgments about ambiguous, noisy, or accented audio.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Computer running ChromeOS, macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later when using a personal device.
Responsibilities
- Provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio projects.
- Curate high-quality audio data with accurate linguistic and prosodic details.
- Collaborate on tasks that improve speech modulation, accent variation, noise handling, and multilingual audio processing.
- Help improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows.
