About the Role
You will improve an automated research system by generating stronger hypotheses running better experiments and identifying reliable results. You will apply LLMs to financial text and filings build tools for researchers automate workflows and design evaluations without clean ground truth. You will track advances in the field and translate relevant capabilities into practical systems.
Requirements
- Deep current expertise in modern machine learning with emphasis on LLMs
- Experience with training fine-tuning reinforcement learning inference agents or evaluation
- Frontier research demonstrated through publications open source or advanced systems
- Ability to take research ideas through reliable production use
- Strong software engineering
