About the Role
Join BVNK's Quality Assurance team to evolve testing from automated to autonomous. Build intelligent testing systems that predict failures, self-heal scripts, and use LLMs to connect complex financial requirements with reliable code across Fiat and Crypto products.
Requirements
- Early adopter of LLMs and agentic workflows who can architect AI solutions.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and ability to navigate Java environments.
- Hands-on experience with PyTest, Playwright, and K6.
- Experience implementing AI solutions for test case generation and automated bug triaging.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and integrating AI-driven testing into the deployment lifecycle.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a rapidly evolving FinTech environment.
- Bonus: experience with custom GPTs, LangChain, LangSmith, or LangGraph.
- Bonus: experience in payments, stablecoins, blockchain, or autonomous-agent exploratory testing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain AI-powered automation frameworks for test generation, execution, and self-healing.
- Implement AI-driven CI/CD quality gates to predict regression risks before code is merged.
- Use Generative AI to create high-integrity synthetic test data for global payment scenarios.
- Apply AI to analyze logs and system behavior for insights beyond traditional testing tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging AI tools and upskill the broader QA team.
