About the Role
You will partner with data and business teams to turn workflows and pain points into clear AI use cases. You will design and iterate on practical AI tools such as copilots, agents, and automated workflows, writing clean reliable code in Python and Golang. You will work with engineering and data teams to productionize prototypes, guide teams on AI capabilities and responsible use, mentor engineers, pilot and roll out solutions, define success metrics, and collaborate with security, legal, and compliance to meet privacy and ethical standards. You will continuously explore new models and tools to deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software engineering or a technical/analytical role
- 1+ year working with applied AI, generative AI, or automation
- Strong understanding of LLMs and common patterns such as retrieval and agents
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (examples: Gemini, Claude, LangChain)
- Proven ability to quickly prototype working AI solutions
- Experience building and scaling production systems
- Strong system design, coding, and debugging skills
- Ability to understand business processes and focus on measurable impact and ROI
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with engineering, legal, security, and compliance teams
- Strong understanding of privacy and ethical considerations
- Nice to have: background in BizOps, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Product Engineering
- Nice to have: experience building AI agents or advanced automation workflows
Responsibilities

- Translate business problems into clear AI use cases
- Design and prototype AI tools such as copilots, agents, and automated workflows
- Write clean reliable code in Python and Golang to support AI solutions
- Scale prototypes into secure production-ready systems with engineering and data teams
- Advise teams on AI capabilities, responsible use, and best practices
- Mentor engineers on design and coding standards
- Pilot solutions, gather feedback, iterate, and support rollout
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance to meet privacy and ethical standards
- Define success metrics and measure outcomes such as time saved and cost reduction
- Continuously explore new AI models, tools, and practices
