About the Role
Own Serotonin's intelligence layer end to end by designing data pipelines, agentic AI workflows, semantic layers, dashboards, and full-stack applications that turn multi-source signals into actionable intelligence for marketing teams and clients.
Requirements
- Fluent Python for pipelines, agent systems, data processing, and scripting.
- Active GitHub history with meaningful commits.
- REST and GraphQL API integration experience.
- SQL schema design experience.
- Production full-stack development with Next.js or equivalent.
- Direct Anthropic or OpenAI API experience and agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom systems.
- Vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and semantic search experience.
- Experience fusing data from multiple external sources such as social and advertising APIs.
- Ability to translate raw signals into actionable output for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building operational dashboards or reporting layers.
- Working knowledge of no-code tools without relying on them as the technical foundation.
- Dune Analytics or equivalent on-chain SQL experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with wallet activity, token flows, and on-chain behavior.
- Working knowledge of GTM and marketing functions; crypto experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of systems from design through maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic systems that collect, process, and surface signals from social platforms, on-chain data, and advertising ecosystems.
- Design data pipelines that ingest external APIs, enrich and model data, and create semantic layers for people and AI agents.
- Build multi-step AI agents for research, synthesis, monitoring, and reporting with memory, tools, and structured outputs.
- Build live full-stack applications and dashboards for client accounts.
- Work with marketing, PR, content, growth, and social stakeholders to identify signal gaps and design reusable systems.
- Evaluate AI and no-code tooling, measure impact, and build reporting that demonstrates results.
