About the Role

Partner with senior engineers to identify opportunities for AI tooling and integrations, build applications on Xsolla APIs and SDKs, use agentic coding tools as the default workflow, ship production-impacting work, and collaborate with mentors and fellow interns.

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for building through side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or self-directed shipped work.
  • Hands-on AI fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Bias toward action when solving ambiguous problems.
  • Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions.
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related program.
  • Availability for 3 to 6 months, at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior engineers to identify friction that AI tooling and integrations can remove and build solutions.
  • Build applications and integrations on Xsolla APIs and SDKs to demonstrate AI-assisted development.
  • Develop AI tools that improve technology department efficiency.
  • Ship internal tools and customer-facing integrations that reach real users.
  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic coding tools as the default way of working.
  • Participate in weekly lightning-talk demos.
  • Work independently with minimal process and mentor support.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and fellow interns across markets.
