About the Role

You will audit operational tooling and build AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, dashboards, alerts, and recommendations for compute capacity operations. You will integrate internal systems and third-party APIs, develop custom solutions when needed, anticipate system impacts, and document the workflows you deliver.

Requirements

3+ years of AI automation engineering, workflow automation, or technical operations experience
Experience shipping production agents on Vercel
Experience building internal applications and agents on Vercel
Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling
Experience with a CRM or system-of-record platform such as Salesforce
Experience owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
Proficiency with integration and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato
Understanding of APIs and webhooks
Experience in high-growth technology companies

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations for capacity operations
Turn utilization, allocation, and forecasting data into dashboards, alerts, and recommendations
Audit the tooling stack and prioritize a backlog
Deliver team-productivity workflows quickly
Build bespoke AI-powered solutions when needed
Design workflows with upstream and downstream system impacts in mind
Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems
Document delivered workflows
