About the Role
You will lead customer workshops, develop AI adoption roadmaps and business cases, and design production AI solutions for industrial engineering. You will translate engineering challenges into AI use cases, create hybrid AI-physics pipelines, validate them against simulations, deploy within constrained infrastructure, and help engineers adopt AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
- Deep knowledge of computational mechanics, numerical methods, or multi-physics simulation
- Familiarity with Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or custom solvers
- Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Business acumen and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead executive workshops to identify AI opportunities
- Create AI adoption roadmaps and develop business cases
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions for customer workflows
- Design, prototype, and deploy production AI solutions
- Execute pilots and proofs of value
- Guide customer AI strategy and measure outcome key performance indicators
- Identify account expansion opportunities
- Synthesize customer feedback for product and research roadmaps
- Create reusable delivery assets and playbooks
- Translate industrial engineering challenges into AI use cases
- Design hybrid AI-physics pipelines and validate them against ground-truth simulations
- Deploy models in air-gapped environments, VPCs, or on-premise HPC clusters
- Conduct workshops that help engineers adopt AI-assisted workflows
- Travel to support client relationships and on-site deployments
