About the Role
You will lead customer workshops, develop AI adoption roadmaps and business cases, and architect AI solutions for production deployment. You will deliver pilots, track business outcomes, advise executive stakeholders, identify account expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into reusable playbooks and product input.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
- Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science
- Experience building and deploying AI applications
- Python
- JavaScript or similar programming language
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Executive communication skills
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience with MEDDPICC and value-based selling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead executive workshops to identify AI opportunities
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and paths to value
- Develop business cases and quantify ROI with Account Executives
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions for customer workflows
- Design, prototype, and deploy production AI solutions
- Execute pilot projects and proofs of value
- Guide customer AI strategy and value realization
- Monitor business KPIs and communicate progress to executive sponsors
- Identify account expansion opportunities
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product and research roadmaps
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks
- Travel approximately 30–60% to support client relationships and on-site deployment
