About the Role
You will partner with strategic enterprise customers to drive Grok adoption and measurable business value. You will build relationships with engineering leaders, guide rollout and prompt strategies, monitor account health and engagement, conduct business reviews, and represent customer needs in roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering organization structures
- Fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity
- Experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts
- Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a post-sale experience
- Drive Grok adoption by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals
- Guide customers on rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement
- Represent customer needs internally and influence roadmap priorities
- Provide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with VP- and CTO-level stakeholders
- Monitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansion
