About the Role
You will own part of the human-data collection operation, delivering volume, quality, and velocity targets. You will build operational systems, expand into new geographies, manage local partnerships, track daily performance metrics, and translate contributor feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, growth, or startup operations
- Ability to rapidly build and deploy apps or agents using AI coding tools
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across cultures or international markets
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple contributors, sessions, or sites
- Commitment to five days per week of in-office collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own contributor acquisition, activation, and retention strategy and execution
- Launch operations in new geographies and manage localization, partnerships, and community building
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to develop hardware, software, and operational systems
- Track daily volume, quality, and throughput metrics and resolve bottlenecks
- Source, negotiate with, and manage local partners, agencies, and vendors
- Surface field friction and translate contributor feedback into actionable product improvements
