About the Role
Own end-to-end network delivery for datacenter builds and capacity expansions, coordinating vendors and infrastructure teams, planning GPU cluster racks and cabling, configuring high-speed Spine/Leaf networks, automating deployments, validating network performance, completing integration testing, and handing operations over to support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of network engineering delivery and implementation experience in large-scale internet, cloud computing, or datacenter environments.
- Hands-on experience with InfiniBand or RoCEv2 physical cabling and equipment deployment.
- Knowledge of Clos, Spine-Leaf, or Rail-Optimized topologies.
- Proficiency configuring and troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN.
- Knowledge of fiber transmission fundamentals, connectors, transceiver wavelengths, and distance limitations.
- Cross-regional project management experience.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end network delivery for datacenter builds and capacity expansions.
- Coordinate datacenter vendors, GPU/CPU server teams, storage teams, ISP carriers, and cabling contractors.
- Manage network deployment plans and delivery schedules.
- Plan rack layouts for large-scale GPU clusters.
- Design high-performance InfiniBand and RoCEv2 cabling architectures.
- Configure and commission Spine/Leaf switches using BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN.
- Promote ZTP and Ansible-based network automation.
- Develop network acceptance test plans and validate congestion control.
- Conduct GPU cluster integration testing and produce acceptance reports.
- Execute standard operating procedure handoffs to operations teams.
