About the Role
You will define strategy, execute and optimize affiliate and ambassador campaigns, recruit and activate partners, design commission structures, and manage long-term partner relationships. You will track performance, analyze results, guide partners on messaging, support product and marketing launches through partner channels, and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance-driven crypto influencer or affiliate marketing
- Track record of delivering measurable ROI
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets
- Hands-on experience with performance-based models such as CPA and rev-share
- Ability to optimize cost efficiency such as CPM while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver KPIs
- Ownership mindset with ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing partners
- Deep understanding of crypto audience trends and key platforms such as Telegram and X
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Existing network in crypto including KOLs communities and partners
- Experience building affiliate or ambassador programs from scratch
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the Wallet Affiliate and Ambassador Program
- Define strategy and set performance targets
- Recruit and activate affiliate partners and ambassadors
- Scale the program across 20+ countries with measurable KPIs
- Explore and test new partnership channels
- Design commission structures incentives and promotions
- Manage and engage partner relationships long term
- Guide partners on positioning and messaging
- Own performance tracking and continuously optimize campaigns
- Coordinate with product and marketing to support launches
- Ensure partner activities comply with policies legal requirements and ethical standards
