About the Role
You will build and manage the company's affiliate program. You will identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners and nurture long-term relationships to drive performance. You will design and execute partner campaigns, collaborate with Product and Engineering for integrations, analyze affiliate performance, and optimize programs for growth.
Requirements
- Experience building and managing affiliate programs
- Ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of affiliate networks
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- Experience with campaign design and partner negotiation
- Experience in trading systems or financial products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including industry trends and key players in crypto and blockchain
- Identify, source, and onboard affiliate partners aligned with product goals
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with top affiliates globally
- Manage and optimize affiliate performance and client relationships to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with affiliate partners and internal teams to design and execute campaigns
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless integration and execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development to align strategies
